Hi, I'm Silvia.

Most of my clients are international investors and families buying or selling in Orlando from abroad, so working across borders is simply how I work every day. I give live video tours, handle e-signatures and remote closings, coordinate financing and tax requirements with lenders and title companies, and keep you updated in your time zone, in English or Spanish.
